I couldn't agree more. It was in a large part due to all the blood he received that my son recovered from leukaemia last year, and I am eternally grateful to all those donors.
I used to donate in the UK but am disqualified in France because of BSE (they would like you to believe there is none in France)
I've been a donor since I was 18, before Neo my blood was used for babies and small children, I've got a haemoglobin problem at the moment, but aslong as I can I'll keep giving Amber!
Give blood for free.
Let the NHS sell it to other countries.

Oh, sorry, I also need to add, my total disdain for the Transfusion Service's total homophobia.
There are *many* more heterosexual people who induge in unsafe sex (and weird and wonderful sexual pratices) than there are gay ones.
